2. Appointment Policy

Appointments are reserved exclusively for the client who booked the service.

Clients must arrive on time for scheduled appointments.

Late Arrivals

Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.

Full service fees may still apply.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may forfeit deposits and future booking privileges.

3. Deposits

4. No Refund Policy

If a service adjustment is warranted, management may offer a corrective service at its sole discretion.

5. Product Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, extensions, hairpieces, and hair products cannot be returned once:

Worn
Altered
Installed
Customized

Approved returns for manufacturer defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
