At Wigz 360, we are committed to providing luxury wig, extension, and hair enhancement services. Before purchasing products or receiving services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following disclosures:
Hair Extension & Wig Results
Results vary from client to client based on:

Hair density and texture
-
Scalp condition
-
Lifestyle and maintenance habits

Product usage
-
Adherence to aftercare instructions

Wigz 360 does not guarantee identical results to photographs, social media images, or prior services.
Client Hair Health Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing:

Hair loss concerns
-
Scalp disorders
-
Allergies or sensitivities
-
Medical conditions affecting hair or scalp

Previous chemical treatments
-
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect service outcomes and may limit Wigz 360's liability for resulting complications.
Extension and Wig Maintenance
The longevity of wigs and extensions depends heavily on proper care and maintenance.
Clients acknowledge that:

Shedding is normal with human hair products.

Tangling may occur if proper maintenance is not followed.
-
Color-treated hair may fade over time.
-
Improper home care can shorten the lifespan of extensions and wigs.

Hair Color Matching
Wigz 360 strives to provide the most accurate color matching possible. Due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and manufacturer variations, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.
Product Availability
Hair products, extensions, wigs, and accessories are subject to supplier availability. Wigz 360 reserves the right to substitute comparable products when necessary.
Photography Consent
Unless otherwise requested in writing before the service begins, clients grant Wigz 360 permission to photograph completed work for marketing, educational, portfolio, and social media purposes.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the customized nature of our products and services and for health and sanitation reasons, Wigz 360 maintains a strict No Refund Policy.
By purchasing products or booking services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

Non-Refundable Products
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Wig accessories

Customized wig caps

For sanitation and consumer safety reasons, opened, worn, altered, customized, or installed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Deposits
All appointment deposits are:

Non-refundable

Non-transferable unless approved by management
-
Applied toward the final service balance

Deposits are forfeited when:
-
Appointments are canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Clients fail to appear for their appointment.
-
Clients arrive excessively late and cannot be accommodated.

Clients fail to meet service preparation requirements.
-
Appointment Cancellations
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours' notice.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may require a new deposit.
Service Corrections
If a client believes a service was not performed as agreed, Wigz 360 must be notified within 72 hours of the appointment.
Management may, at its sole discretion, offer:

A service adjustment

A correction appointment

A repair service
No cash refunds will be issued.
Corrective services are only available when:

The original service was performed by Wigz 360.

The client followed all aftercare instructions.
-
No alterations have been made by another stylist or salon.

Defective Products
Manufacturer defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Approved claims may qualify for:

Product replacement
-
Store credit
-
Exchange of the same product
Proof of purchase and photographs may be required.
Chargeback Policy
Clients agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for services or products received in accordance with this policy.
Wigz 360 reserves the right to provide documentation, appointment records, signed agreements, photographs, communications, and proof of service completion to financial institutions and dispute-resolution providers.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

Collection activity

Recovery of fees and costs
-
Permanent refusal of future services
-
Alabama Consumer Rights Notice
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or waives any rights available to consumers under applicable federal law or the laws of the State of Alabama.
Client Acknowledgment
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing products, submitting payment, or receiving services from Wigz 360, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclosure and Refund Policy.
